We stand behind the quality of every Safe.Vet product. If something arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 14 days of delivery — we’ll make it right.
What We Accept
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Unused items in original condition (within 14 days)
What We Can’t Accept
- Opened or used products
- Returns after 14 days without prior contact
How to Start a Return
Email hello@safe.vet with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
